At Clubhouse Charlie, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds work.

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, email us at paddy@clubhousecharlie.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions from there.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Due to the limited nature of our capsule collections, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order.

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
